Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve profitable growth goals for assigned accounts by:
Maintain regular account summary reports for the assigned OEMs accounts.
Interface with large End user / OEM accounts (as assigned) to ensure consistent global support at a local area to meet or exceed assigned sales budget in the assigned OEM.
Develop and execute account plan and sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans.
Maintain a deep understanding of the account's decision-makers, processes, applications, product development plans, and the competitive market landscape
Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions
Drive sales activates and account plans through SFDC.
Manage sales activities with emphasis on strategic profitable growth and predictable forecasting, providing input and recommendations for the current and future product pipeline, based on customer needs.
Contract negotiations with assigned OEM ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the interests of our organization. Collaborate with operation, legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) and 8+ years of experience working in sales/ business development with variable speed drives, motors and automation solutions OR Associate’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical Preferred) and 10+ years of experience working in sales/business development with variable frequency drives, motors and automation solutions.
This role requires 50% travel, candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.
