Ensures timely invoicing and collection of project fees.
Develops project scope, budgets, and schedules. Assigns tasks and manages resources (including team members and subcontractors) to ensure project completion within budget and timeline. Coordinates project activities and conducts meetings to track progress and address any issues.
Manages project correspondence, ensuring clarity and adherence to established communication protocols with all stakeholders (client, contractors, subcontractors, and team members).
Collaborates with regional leadership to recognize and reward team member performance. Proactively identifies areas for improvement and develops strategies to strengthen the team.
Contributes to mid-year and year-end performance reviews by documenting the contributions of project team members. May directly supervise project staff, providing feedback and addressing performance concerns.
Cross-markets other relevant HR Green services to existing clients.
Oversees the implementation of quality control (QC) procedures at all project stages. Ensures adherence to company standards, including quality assurance (QA) specifications and Computer-Aided Design (CADD) guidelines.
Acts as the primary contact point for assigned clients, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Leads project teams by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Directs the preparation of proposals and interview processes. Presents HR Green's qualifications and project experience to clients. May lead client presentations and interview teams.
Provides input on marketing plans and client strategies. Maintains accurate records of marketing activities for individual clients. Identifies potential project opportunities and provides insights for "Go/No Go" decisions.
Maintains client relationships and collaborates with the regional team to market HR Green services. Works alongside the Client Service Manager (where applicable) to ensure effective client communication.

Proficient in project accounting, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in marketing, client development, and overseeing the technical work of others.
MicroStation and Open Roads Designer experience preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in highway roadway design with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
Professional Engineering (PE) License in South Dakota
