The Branch Manager oversees all branch operations and administrative staff, plans and coordinates photovoltaic system installations, and mentors personnel responsible for high‑volume residential and small‑commercial projects. This role emphasizes continuous improvement in safety, quality, customer service, and productivity while ensuring best practices, accurate forecasting, and effective resource management throughout the installation process.
Candidates must have at least three years of supervisory experience, preferably within the solar industry, and possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems. Excellent communication, decision‑making, and organizational abilities are required, along with the capability to read technical specifications, a valid clean‑record driver’s license, and at least a high school diploma or GED.
The position involves regular use of office equipment, occasional movement between sitting and standing, and the ability to bend, twist, and handle tools while reviewing detailed information.
