Plan and deliver internal operational audits in line with best‑practice and our agreed audit plan.
Lead end‑to‑end audit engagements - working directly with process owners, surfacing issues, and influencing the adoption of pragmatic, effective actions.
You’ll gain deep understanding of the business and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Champion best practice, helping to embed strong governance, risk awareness and compliance across the business.
Track remediation activity and provide assurance on progress.
Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present your findings to senior leaders.

Degree‑educated and professionally qualified (ACA, IIA or equivalent).
Strong interpersonal skills - you enjoy working with people, asking questions, and influencing.
Exposure to Power BI or data analytics.

Knowledge of risk management, compliance, or control frameworks.
High integrity and strong report‑writing skills.
Ideally 0-2 years post‑qualified, with practical audit experience (Top 10 firm or industry welcome).
