Telesales Executive

Description

• Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges.
• Convert incoming customer inquiries to appointments for our field sales team.
• Work collaboratively with our field-based Sales Surveyors to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Be a lead generation champion, managing your own telesales call scheduling, you will identify and canvass hidden opportunities within our existing leads database.

Requirements

• Hold a proven track-record in a similar telesales environment.
• Thrive in a competitive environment and driven to exceed goals.
• Have excellent listening skills and can readily understand customer needs.
• Able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Enjoy connecting with people and building rapport.
