We are seeking a Manager of Financial Systems to join our Corporate Operations Support team. In this role, you will lead the optimization and alignment of our project financial systems. This includes enhancing efficiency, improving data integrity, and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service. This position will primarily focus on financial systems (Procore) and related processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving systems, workflows, and data governance.
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Skilled in strategic planning, process optimization, and solution design across multiple teams and functions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence
Proficiency with AEC project management applications (Procore)
Strong understanding of construction project financials, coupled with advanced analytical and technical skills
