Related Affordable is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of our affordable housing community in Colonial Beach, VA. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Community Manager to maintain a well‑functioning, welcoming environment for residents, handling administrative tasks, resident relations, and compliance with affordable‑housing regulations.
Candidates must have at least two years of property‑management experience, preferably in affordable housing, and be familiar with programs such as Project‑Based Section 8 and LIHTC. Experience with RealPage, OneSite, and JD Edwards (or similar) software, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate accountability, and foster a resident‑centered environment is essential.
Compensation is $19.00‑$20.00 per hour plus an annual performance bonus, with final offers based on qualifications and location.
