Liaising with external security teams for clearance/vetting.
Ensure the professional image of CBRE is always presented to the client and sub-contractors.
To obtain a comprehensive understanding of the contract and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the contract scope.
Actively identify and implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to exceed the client’s expectations.
Build and develop relationships with all on-site CBRE staff, sub-contractors, and client representatives.
Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with task schedules and asset lists.
Highlight gaps across the critical spares to the operations manager.
Ensure electrical plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain all year up time.
Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractor works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance/fixes, keeping them honest. Ensuring permits and RAMS are adhered to.
Undertake lone working where required.
Ensure that all critical areas, under the responsibility of CBRE, are locked and kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment.
Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practises.

Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg.
All reactive tasks throughout the building are completed, proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
Strong organisational abilities ensuring all documentation is stored and auditable.
Able to work at heights.
Experience with a CAFM system is desirable.
Good communication etiquette.
Must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of UPS, Generators, HV, PDU’s, CRAC units or equivalent, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data.
You must meet all the Client requirements to obtain security clearance.
