Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the property manager when supplies need to be replenished.
Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting vacant units and common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational areas.
Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns or requests promptly.
Clean common area appliances, such as washing machines and dryers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Report any maintenance or repair needs beyond your capability to the property manager or maintenance team.
Monitor the property for safety hazards and security concerns, reporting any issues promptly to the property manager.
Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and green spaces. Ensure that these areas are free from litter and debris.
Adhere to safety protocols, property rules, and regulations. Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are performed in compliance with health and safety standards.
Collect and dispose of trash from common areas and designated trash collection points.

Previous experience in Janitorial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
Be available for emergency response situations, such as responding to leaks or other urgent maintenance needs after hours.
A valid Driver's License is required to complete the essential functions of the position (traveling to different properties, obtaining/transporting supplies, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to follow them.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
