Support the reforecasting of projects, assessing financial assumptions, project returns, debt funding, and covenants.

Conduct research and analysis on markets, tenants, and competitors to support investment decisions and business growth.
Contribute to the origination, analysis, structuring, documentation, and execution of investment opportunities in logistics, offices, residential, and other alternative sectors within core markets (UK & Europe).
Take on increasing responsibility for the day-to-day management of selected assets over time, including leasing, capex, and sales initiatives.

1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Investment, or a related field.
