Provide senior-level technical leadership in control and instrumentation engineering across all project phases. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient C&I designs, act as a subject matter expert, and support project delivery while mentoring junior engineers.

Review vendor documents and manage technical queries.
Ensure designs comply with relevant standards (IEC, ISA, API, ATEX) and meet client requirements.
Participate in HAZOP/HAZID/SIL and other safety-related studies to ensure system integrity.
Serve as C&I Discipline Lead on projects, coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
Supports team capability development through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Provide technical support for installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems and instrumentation.
Lead preparation, review, and approval of C&I engineering deliverables (control philosophies, instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, C&E charts, specifications).
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of discipline tools and standards.
Contributes to innovation and continuous improvement within the discipline.
