- Based on the front desk you will welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Assist Client Services Coordinator with internal and external events.
- Assist with catering and amenities for meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
- Assist with presentation and setup of meeting rooms, event spaces, and reception areas as required.
- Assist Office Services with ad hoc administrative task.

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Effective written communication and writing skills.
- Monday.com & Concur experience advantageous
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments.
- Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Previous reception or customer service experience.
- Ability to purchase additional leave of up to 20 days for permanent employees.
