  • Greet guests warmly and monitor the entrance and exit points to ensure a safe flow of people.
  • Handle guest queries and support the overall customer experience by offering friendly and attentive service.
  • Monitor venue capacity and enforce safety regulations.
  • Liaise with management, security personnel, and emergency services when necessary.
  • Conduct routine safety checks around the venue, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide first aid assistance when required (training will be provided).
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, responding to incidents, concerns, and emergencies.
  • Assist in crowd management and intervene in any disruptive behavior with a calm and professional demeanor.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm and professional attitude, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Availability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends as per business needs
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations (training will be provided).
  • 2 years experience within a similar role would be preferred
  • Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • First Aid Certification is a plus, but training can be arranged.
  • Ability to remain vigilant and proactive in ensuring guest and staff safety.
