Key responsibilities include administering health, dental, vision, life, disability, and flex benefits, managing Global SIP and Shares Savings Plans, and serving as a trusted resource for employee and HR queries. The analyst also executes hire‑to‑retire processes in Workday and Oracle, resolves cases via ServiceNow, builds reports and dashboards, conducts data audits, and drives process‑improvement initiatives.
The P1 Analyst plays a critical role in managing global benefits operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience across multiple regions. This position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and expertise in HR processes and systems to support benefits administration worldwide.
Core competencies required are teamwork, advanced stakeholder‑management, innovative thinking, and technical expertise in Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, MS Office, and AI tools. The role also demands strong analytical ability, organizational skills, business acumen, and the capacity to present complex concepts clearly.
Preferred experience includes hands‑on work with global benefits, pensions, and shares investment plans, familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Darwin, Oracle, and ServiceNow, and strong knowledge of data reporting and analytics combined with AI literacy.
