Works professionally with the Project Manager, Owners, Architects, Government Agencies, Subcontractors, and others involved in assigned projects
Maintains updates of project correspondence, meeting minutes, and drawing logs in Procore
Completes all requirements necessary to start up, track progress, and close out projects
Prepares and enters subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders in Timberline and Procore and ensures proper distribution to subcontractors
Compiles and distributes monthly owner billings
Provides weekly updates and distribution of cost and labor unit reports
Handles all incoming phone calls and typing, mailing, and filing of all incoming/outgoing correspondence
Obtains required permits for each project

Maintains general knowledge of and distribution proficiency to subcontractors, including but not limited to submittals, RFIs, RFPs, CORs, NOCs, and CDs
Self-starter who is well organized and reliable
Experience in Procore AND Timberline as well as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and P-6 scheduling software is desired; experience in Prolog or Expedition is similar and may be acceptable
Willing to learn MHC procedures and be a member of the overall MHC team
Willing and able to visit construction site at least once during the course of each project
Willing to work as a team member to assist the team in critical deadlines and tasks
