The position’s responsibilities include administering compensation programs, managing equity grants, conducting market benchmarking, ensuring compliance, and providing consultative support to HR Business Partners and managers.
QXO is seeking an experienced Manager, Corporate Compensation to join the Compensation team. The role will administer and manage compensation and equity programs that support the company’s ability to attract and retain top talent, requiring strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation operations, and equity program administration experience.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance or a related field (master’s preferred), has 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with at least 3 years managing equity programs, and possesses strong analytical, communication, and advanced Excel skills. CCP certification is preferred, and experience with equity platforms such as Shareworks and HRIS tools is required.
