The position’s responsibilities include administering compensation programs, managing equity grants, conducting market benchmarking, ensuring compliance, and providing consultative support to HR Business Partners and managers.

• Administer corporate compensation programs (base pay, annual bonus, long‑term incentives) and maintain compensation structures and pay ranges.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, and internal mobility.
• Manage equity program administration, including RSU and stock option grants, vesting schedules, employee communications, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR Operations to ensure accurate equity processing and periodic equity data reviews.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking, market analyses, and support annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles with data validation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with pay and equity regulations and prepare dashboards for HR and business leadership.
• Provide consultative support to managers on compensation policies and streamline administration processes.
• Mentor and support junior team members or analysts.

Requirements

QXO is seeking an experienced Manager, Corporate Compensation to join the Compensation team. The role will administer and manage compensation and equity programs that support the company’s ability to attract and retain top talent, requiring strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation operations, and equity program administration experience.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance or a related field (master’s preferred), has 7+ years of progressive compensation experience with at least 3 years managing equity programs, and possesses strong analytical, communication, and advanced Excel skills. CCP certification is preferred, and experience with equity platforms such as Shareworks and HRIS tools is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including 3+ years managing equity programs.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay equity analysis.
• Experience with equity management platforms such as Shareworks.
• Proficiency with HRIS, compensation tools, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• CCP certification preferred.
