Requirements

• Relevant 3rd level qualification plus 1 year experience (in the last 5 years) delivering welfare benefits and money advice
• Comprehensive knowledge of the social security and welfare system as well as demonstrable understanding of Welfare Reform, Universal Credit and mitigation schemes.
• Demonstrable experience in meeting deadlines and targets whilst managing a complex and varied workload
• A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
