Requirements

• Light plumbing or electrical knowledge
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• 5+ years of carpentry experience in remodeling or residential construction
• Flexibility & Voice - your input is valued in how projects are built
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve with creativity and efficiency
• Ability to read plans, confidently use tools, and build with precision
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with both clients and coworkers
• Strong Team Culture - respectful, communicative, and collaborative crew
• Personal hand tools and a valid driver's license
