The Equipment Commissioning Manager (EqCM) supports the Equipment North America (EqNA) organization on startup, warranty, and coordination with all other service needs. The EqCM reports to the Regional Service Manager for the first six months, then moves to the Branch Service Manager, and is accountable to the HVAC Equipment Operations Manager and their organization. The role also coordinates with the Customer Resource Coordinator for equipment field service labor requirements and serves as the single point of contact for service scope within the equipment contract, interfacing directly with the EqNA customer.
Required qualifications include ten or more years of industry experience or a technical engineering or construction degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Writer, and Windows, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in teams, conflict resolution abilities, and demonstrated capability to manage numerous projects with attention to detail. Preferred qualifications are a BA in engineering or construction, HVAC equipment knowledge, and advanced MS Office proficiency.
