As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will educate residential customers on the benefits of solar energy, using both company‑provided and self‑sourced leads. You will oversee the customer’s solar project from the initial sale through post‑installation, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience while upholding Lumina Solar’s high standards of customer service and project execution.
The role starts with a base compensation of $2,500 per month for the first four months, after which it transitions to a 100% commission‑based structure with a $2,500 monthly draw offset by earned commission. Total earnings vary based on individual performance, and the position requires on‑site consultations in Maryland; it is not fully remote.
