The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing JLL’s health and safety operations across a portfolio, as well as leading a compliance and training program that meets JLL, client, and statutory requirements. This role is based on‑site in Mumbai, MH, and requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe working environment.

Implement health and safety policies across the assigned portfolio.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
Develop and deliver training programs for employees and contractors.
Maintain accurate health and safety records and regulatory reporting.
Provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities during the hiring process.
