Facilitate jobsite meetings, lead toolbox talks, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
Build strong relationships with client representatives, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate.
Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with cost forecasts, fee/margin goals, and value-engineering opportunities.
Proactively review plans and shop drawings to identify and resolve potential quality issues; coordinate inspections and track corrective actions.
Lead day-to-day field oversight for multiple trade partners or major project phases, ensuring coordination across trades and adherence to scope, quality, and schedule.
Supervise field labor and hold trade partners accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and cost-impacting inefficiencies.
Build and update 2–4 week look-ahead schedules, sequencing work and coordinating subcontractors to meet milestones.
Mentor and develop foremen, crews, and other field staff to strengthen team performance.
Develop site logistics plans, job flow, and sequencing strategies; identify constructability issues and provide solutions.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to maintain progress on schedule.
Prepare and manage field documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, NCRs, change orders, and delay claims.

Demonstrated skills in team leadership, scheduling, quality control, budgeting, and cost management.
Experience developing foremen and crews and driving overall team performance.
Ability to read and interpret structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection plans.
5–10 years of progressive field construction experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams), construction management software, and scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6 at a basic level).
Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple smaller projects or complex project phases.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, building codes, and safety practices (OSHA).
Completion of an Apprenticeship Program, Construction Management degree, or equivalent field experience.
Advanced safety and risk management training or certifications.
