Injury Management Advisor - Diverse Industries

Description

• Provide technical advice and mentoring to site teams.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation and Income Protection claims.
• Participate in our Wellness Program with AIA Vitality.
• Make a positive impact and help people recover and return to meaningful work.
• You will be the go-to expert and collaborate with onsite teams that value your input.
• Liaise with health practitioners and allied health providers.
• Work across multiple and diverse industries to include oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure.
• Oversee fitness-for-work assessments and pre-employment medical escalations.
• Develop and guide Return-to-Work plans in collaboration with site teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time preferred, but we’ll consider part-time (4 days/week).
• Experience in a similar injury management role.
• Use our SOLVE Injury Management system (training provided).
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise effectively.
