- Provide quality delivery of designs using 12D predominately; some Civil 3D experience beneficial.
- Successfully manage, plan, resource and complete assigned modelling projects within agreed budgets and deadlines.
- Assist the Project Manager in determining drafting and other design resources required for a project plan, including elements suitable for outsourcing.
- Ensure production of project documents that are accurate, clear, concise and compliant with best practice and quality standards.
- Resolve complex technical drafting and design issues.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Project Managers, Design Engineers and drafters in other disciplines.
- Maintain high attention to detail and deliver quality output within timelines.

The Design and Engineering (Urban Development) division on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to ensure project delivery across a range of sectors. The role involves using 12D as the primary design tool, with Civil 3D experience considered beneficial.
- Hold a relevant engineering degree and/or certifications.
- Possess at least 5+ years of industry experience with 12D and Civil 3D, and an in‑depth knowledge of civil design standards.
- Experience using software such as AutoCAD and 12d Synergy.
- Design knowledge in road design, earthworks (steep site experience valued), grading design and utilities design (water, sewer, drainage).
- Demonstrate excellent client focus and solid technical know‑how.
- Ability to develop design elements from concept sketches to detailed drawings.
- Experience working on urban development projects within Southeast Queensland or Northern New South Wales.
