The OMM Technician supports production by managing Oracle transactions, preparing kits for assembly, and overseeing materials inventory and daily operation planning and shipping.
Key duties include verifying incoming shipments, updating Oracle databases, binning and kitting stacks, reconciling inventory discrepancies, completing daily logs and pass‑down reports, processing work orders, and prioritizing work with area leaders.
The technician also helps develop efficient manufacturing procedures, provides on‑the‑job training to new OMM team members, ensures zero quality‑control discrepancies, follows SOPs and Job Safety Analyses, and monitors OP5 operation planning activities.
Qualifications require a high school diploma (associate’s degree preferred), the ability to lift up to 35 lb, strong communication and team‑building skills, proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office, and at least two years of planning or production experience; Oracle inventory module experience is a plus.
