CFC is looking for a dynamic data leader to head the Data Insights function and drive the next evolution of MI and BI across the business. In this role, you’ll lead high‑performing teams delivering clear, accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders, carriers and brokers. You’ll shape the BI strategy, govern the data estate, and champion a data‑driven culture across CFC.
The position involves leading MI and BI teams, managing dashboards and reporting tools, establishing a data dictionary and KPI governance, ensuring timely regulatory reporting, overseeing month‑end and profit commission processes, and supporting audits and authority administration.
Ideal candidates have extensive MI/BI leadership experience in insurance, especially within the Lloyd’s market, can communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders, possess strong BI governance and self‑service reporting skills, and demonstrate a detail‑oriented, data‑quality focus.
