In this role, the Interior Designer will create on‑brand interior concepts for high‑end residential projects, lead client interactions, oversee design deliverables, and manage the full project lifecycle, including coordination with contractors and suppliers.
- Develop and deliver refined, on‑brand interior concepts and layouts for high‑end residential projects.
- Lead client meetings to understand vision, brief, and design objectives.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D drawings, renders, and sample boards.
- Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, and specification.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers confidently.
- Supervise site progress to ensure quality execution and timely delivery.
- Report project status and solutions to Head of Design and General Manager.
- Lead and support internal design team (3D visualizers, interns) with guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and design innovation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ UAE experience with a strong luxury residential portfolio.
- Proven project experience in Dubai and solid supplier/vendor network.
- Strong design and conceptualisation skills to interpret and elevate client briefs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong leadership and time‑management capabilities.
