Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program
Ability to climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and work outside in most weather conditions
Upon receipt of an offer of employment, applicants must be able to successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that will include a criminal/civil background check and drug screen, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations
Professional Engineer licensure and the ability to become licensed in additional states upon request
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
Experience with pipeline, power delivery, mining, pulp and paper, and/or other industrial work
Good oral and written communication skills, including technical writing ability
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Mathcad, and structural analysis software such as RISA and/or STAAD
Work effectively in hybrid work environment
Passed 16-hour Structural Engineering (SE) Exam
12 years of prior structural engineering associated with concrete, structural steel, masonry, and timber structures as well as specialized analysis and inspections
Experienced using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Valid driver s license with ability to travel domestically, intermittently
Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit
MSHA Certification
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and to work independently

This position's anticipated base salary range is $110,000- $140,000 annually (This position is eligible for yearend & profit-sharing bonuses) Offer will be determined based on the selected candidate s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
