This role offers the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects, coordinating with internal and external departments to oversee the full life cycle of capital project execution.
Key responsibilities include project execution, contract administration, planning and resource management, as well as taking ownership of safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage execution of transmission, substation, and distribution projects across full life cycle.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments for capital project delivery.
- Oversee project performance including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring accountability.
- Develop and maintain client relationships with functional leads and stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and mitigate construction risks and change orders.
- Prepare clear, concise project reports meeting client requirements.
- Analyze issues and implement solutions to improve results.

The ideal candidate has over 12 years of experience in utility, construction, or engineering project management, proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel domestically 10‑25%. Preferred qualifications include a BS in a related field, PMP certification, and engineering design or field experience.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and act as firm/client liaison.
- Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel 10–25% domestically.
- Preferred: BS in Construction Management/Engineering, PMP certification, engineering design experience, field knowledge.
