Guest Service Agent

Description

To be the welcoming face of the student campus, supporting residents and visitors with excellent service and ensuring a vibrant, safe, and supportive environment.

This is a front-facing role with day-to-day interactions with students and staff. Ambassadors assist with general inquiries, handle administrative duties, and daily check-in & check-out, and support engagement activities, and a smooth onboarding experience.

• Log service requests, complaints, and maintenance issues into the system.
• Report incidents or behavioral concerns to supervisors.
• Distribute access cards, keys, or notices as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Follow up monthly payment.
• Respond to general inquiries about campus life, housing, facilities, and procedures.
• Perform daily Check-in & Check-out.
• Assist the reservation or leasing team during peak hours.
• Support student events and orientation activities.
• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors at reception.

Requirements

• Basic administrative and tech skills
• Interaction-heavy environment; must maintain a professional and positive appearance
• Empathetic and culturally aware communication
• Ability to manage front desk traffic calmly and efficiently
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reception-based role with shift rotations as well as SEA desk (including weekends or evenings)
