Carry out performance assessments and appraisals of contractor works, reporting outcomes in line with company practice.
Ensure compliance with company labour policies and handle labour relations in line with agreements.
Monitor and drive adherence to project Quality Plans and Safety standards at all times.
Contribute to the development of E&I execution procedures, departmental resources, and cross-functional collaboration with design leads.
Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) for trade contract procurement and assist with Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Prepare and lead constructability reviews to identify opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction.
Review returned E&I bids and prepare tender bid analyses.
Provide input into Construction Health & Safety Plans (CHSP), QA/TO documentation, and other general construction requirements.
Oversee subcontractors with a strong focus on Safety, Schedule, Cost, and Quality as primary deliverables.
Identify supervisor training needs and make recommendations to enhance project delivery capability.
Ensure all works comply with statutory, contractual, and safety requirements.
Develop and implement best-in-class Site Execution SOPs to guide Field Supervisors and ensure consistency across teams.
Conduct trade and industry knowledge reviews, staying up to date with developments and innovations in the construction industry.
Promote the use of modern technology, innovation, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in schedule development and reviews; lead Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) sessions.
Supervise all site E&I staff, including construction superintendents, trade supervisors, and subcontractors.
Conduct detailed reviews and liaise closely with design and client workgroup leads, including participation in model reviews.
Manage the E&I construction phase to ensure adequate resourcing with qualified personnel, equipment, and facilities.
Provide regular progress updates and input into weekly Construction Management reports for the client.
Engage regularly with Design, Commissioning, and Client teams to achieve on-time system turnovers.
Ensure that construction is completed to drawings, specifications, and applicable standards while maintaining schedule and budget targets.

NB: The ideal candidate MUST hold a valid working visa or citizenship to work in Ireland.
Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, resources, and project teams effectively.
Proven track record of successful project delivery within the Biotech/Pharma sector (preferred).
Strong understanding of safety, quality assurance, scheduling, and cost control.
Extensive experience leading E&I construction on large, complex projects.
Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
Excellent multi-disciplinary coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, technologies, and industry standards.
