Under the direction of the CEO and Senior Financial Analyst perform market research to assist in identifying and/or assessing:
Assist in reporting on completed activities and the success versus targets and objectives of a transaction in periods following acquisition. The analyst may be required to travel to execute the scope of the role.

Work with commercial and cross-platform leaders to ensure integration plan is developed and followed post-acquisition;
Generate and manage master asset lists and coordinate asset inspection process;

Superior analytical, quantitative and communication skills (i.e. financial and data analysis, financial modeling, research, creating presentation/reports, presentation skills, and summarization);

The ability to work within a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic team environment.
Willingness to work full time in office

Degree in Commerce, Economics, or other business equivalent with a proven academic track record;
Enrolment in the CFA Charter program with at least 1st level completed, CBV or CPA programs would be considered as equivalents
