- Manage financial performance by developing and controlling the plant’s budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI for scaling initiatives.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and bring at least seven years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including three years in plant management. A proven ability to drive safety, quality, delivery, and scalability in high‑growth environments, along with expertise in lean principles, ERP systems, and change management, is essential. Advanced degrees, M&A integration experience, and certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt are considered advantageous.

- Effective change agent through communication, coaching, and raising the bar to build high‑performing teams.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred.
- Experience in a Merger & Acquisition environment leading manufacturing and supply‑chain integrations collaboratively across the business.
- Demonstrated success in leading operational expansions such as scaling production lines, launching new products, or transitioning to multi‑site operations.
- PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar certifications in project management or process improvement.
