What you would be doing
- Provide strategic HSEQ leadership, governance, and risk oversight.
- Mentor and develop HSEQ professionals nationwide.
- Shape safety and quality excellence across Australia's most significant infrastructure projects.
- Oversee HSEQ reporting, documentation, and performance analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement through audits, reviews, and corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations and risk control strategies.
- Promote a strong HSEQ culture through leadership, training, and engagement.
- Partner with state-based HSEQ leads and project teams to embed safety and quality across all phases.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and client standards across jurisdictions.
- Develop and implement RSGx's Integrated HSEQ Management System (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001).
- Work alongside high-performing professionals in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment that values excellence.
