Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable, some basic cleaning tasks, bin moving, sweeping leaves from entrances and other ad hoc duties as required.
Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
