  • Provide coverage across all four front-end crews (afternoon schedule typical)
  • Participate in MRB processes and assist in tooling/parameter adjustments
  • Support rapid resolution of findings with a fix-it mindset
  • Conduct CTQ and injection audits, including PM handovers
  • Report on KPIs, audit results, and department metrics

  • Ceramic manufacturing experience preferred
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers
  • Familiarity with statistical methods preferred
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
  • This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
