- Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
- Apply primers and coatings using spray equipment, rollers, and brushes.
- Prepare roofs for coatings by cleaning, power washing, and repairing surfaces.
- Ensure proper curing and thickness of coatings using gauges and visual inspection.
- Installation of coatings roofing system.
- Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
- Mix and apply roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Commercial Roofing coatings experience: All levels; at least 3 years preferred
