The Role

Overview

Model MEP systems per specs, ensuring BIM coordination and compliance.

Tasks

-You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -You will perform Model coordination with Electrical and Mechanical department, perform Model coordination between Civil & MEP. -You will review the inputs provided by the Engineer and translate them to the required models. -You will be responsible for the requirements of the models and that the models are used for the intended purpose. -You will be responsible to model HVAC/Plumbing/Water supply/Fire System/Key interlock and Security sys. -You will coordinate with Project/Tender Team for timelines, budget, risks & opportunities pertaining to BIM aspects. -You will analyse customer specification to ensure Hitachi - Power Grids solution to meets the requirements.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail. -Need to have a good knowledge of the Rivet modelling, coordinating through Navis work tool. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Minimum 3 years of work experience in MEP Modelling. -Knowledge of any other 3D modelling software including Tekla steel detailing software would be added advantage. -Knowledge and experience in Microsoft office Word and Excel. -You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or Diploma. -Knowledge of Civil/Structure/Architecture Modelling will be an advantage.
