The Contracts Manager will be assigned to a project in Kuwait, where they will oversee contract compliance, manage contractual correspondence, and advise the Project Manager on legal and contractual matters throughout the execution phase.
Key duties include reviewing and preparing contracts with third parties, handling supplier and subcontractor proposals, monitoring legal issues that arise at the project level, and coordinating any litigation, arbitration, or extrajudicial settlements in cooperation with the Legal & Contracts department.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or construction law, possess at least fifteen years of industry experience—ten of which in contract management for large, complex projects—and have a strong background in oil and gas ventures and full‑spectrum contract administration.
The ideal applicant demonstrates strong leadership, active listening, decisive and result‑driven attitudes, the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, matrixed environments, diplomatic negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a willingness to work across cultures and travel.
