What you would be doing

- Understand and prepare for 3rd party handovers (e.g. ICOSA, Local Authorities, Highways).
- Establish and maintain effective site control.
- Raise and manage RFIs, technical submittals, and maintain accurate registers.
- Oversee and coordinate all temporary works.
- Conduct quality inspections and raise/close out actions prior to key milestones (e.g. concrete pours, drainage backfill).
- Manage and implement ITPs, specifications, QA documentation, and ensure compliance across site activities.
- Work closely with Site and Project Management to plan upcoming works and resolve technical challenges.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and chainmen, promoting team development.
- Accurately take off quantities for ordering materials.
- Monitor and record as-built information for successful handovers.
