Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and other project documentation.
Assist in the preparation of progress reports, cost tracking logs, daily field reports, and productivity measurements.
Help identify design conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule risks—escalating promptly when necessary.
Support Project Manager and Site Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
Review job costs, invoices, pay applications, change orders, back charges, and budget tracking with precision and accuracy.
Participate in meetings, provide updates, and manage assigned tasks proactively.
Assist in daily field oversight, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Meeting quarterly performance milestones
Maintain organized and complete project documentation at all times.
Perform additional tasks assigned by Project Manager or Senior Management with urgency and quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
