• Stay current on competitor offerings to highlight Empire’s advantages
• Develop goals and objectives for targeted growth
• Stay informed on market and client trends, sharing key insights with leadership
• Identify and build new client relationships, driving sales revenue and market share within your territory
• Conduct cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and presentations for prospective commercial clients
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term business
• Record all client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system
• Participate in local professional organizations such as BOMA and IREM, and engage in relevant networking events
• Gather information on potential clients to create tailored presentations that address specific roofing needs
• Report sales activities and insights to management weekly

Requirements

• Knowledge of commercial roofing solutions and ability to communicate Empire’s value as a trusted provider
• Comfortable engaging with professionals across various levels within client and Tecta’s organizations
• Ability to problem-solve and offer tailored solutions for client needs
• Proficiency with CRM and data tracking systems
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• 3 – 5 years in sales with a proven track record
• Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated integrity and trust
