Field Technician

Description

• Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Address client concerns and ensure their requirements are met.
• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce proper use of safety equipment and practices.
• Maintain detailed records of field activities, including progress reports, incident reports, and daily logs.
• Inspect work quality to ensure it meets company standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to project managers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Report and investigate any safety incidents or near misses.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure that all field operations adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Complete service repairs where necessary or as directed
• Measure project and conduct Pre-Site Inspection
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality checks, and project progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
• Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities and communications
• Supervise operations on-site, ensuring tasks are completed as per project plans and specifications.

Requirements

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
