Lead and develop a 9-person IT team, driving system optimization, modernization, and a culture of accountability and partnership. Ensure compliance with CMMC, ITAR, and other regulatory frameworks while strengthening overall security posture. Drive technology innovation, including AI use-case exploration and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with a PE-backed network, leveraging shared best practices and mentoring talent within a flat, execution-focused organizational structure.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of IT experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments. Deep ERP expertise, with a strong preference for NetSuite and experience simplifying or modernizing heavily customized systems. Hands-on, proactive IT leader with working knowledge of CMMC and a strong operational mindset. Experience leading AI initiatives and evaluating practical use cases that drive efficiency and decision-making. M&A experience, including systems integration, due diligence, and post-close harmonization.
