Description

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project leadership.
• Work on large-scale commercial projects with a team that values quality and craftsmanship.
• Supervise, coordinate, and lead crews on sheet metal and ductwork installations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and project requirements.
• Oversee daily activities to ensure quality, safety, and project timelines are met.
• Travel 100% of the time to work sites throughout the DMV area.
• Make plans and estimates for labor, materials, and tools needed for each job.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 5+ years of experience in ductwork or sheetmetal installations.
• Technical school certificate or completed apprenticeship (preferred).
• Proven experience leading and supervising crews.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions on-site.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA 10 certification (required).
