Experience with terminal modernization, air handling unit upgrades, BMS controls integration, and electrical resiliency programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and PMIS tools (e.g., PMWeb, Unifier, e-Builder).
Knowledge of airport-specific work constraints and phasing requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong understanding of building codes, NFPA standards, and commissioning processes.
PE, PMP, or CCM certification.
Familiarity with FAA, TSA, and airport authority protocols and project delivery standards.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
7 – 12 years of experience managing infrastructure or building system renewal projects, with at least 5 years in an airport environment.
Previous experience managing projects within AOA (Airport Operations Area) or SIDA zones.
Technical understanding of complex MEP systems
