Perform troubleshooting, testing, and quality control on system wiring
Install and connect electrical circuits for HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless, tankless water heaters)

Ensure all work is compliant with NEC, state, and local codes
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper documentation
Coordinate with HVAC installers and plumbers for seamless system integration

Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Low-voltage control wiring knowledge
Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial electrical systems
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar job management software
