- GIS Analysis: Conduct and oversee GIS analysis and processing using tools such as ESRI ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, and Mapbox.
- Project Coordination: Work on multiple large-scale planning projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Web Development: Learn to develop web-based GIS and other full-stack applications, ensuring functionality and user-friendly interfaces.
- Teamwork: Enhances team effectiveness through collaboration, continuous learning, mutual support, and by managing both laterally and upwards.
- Data Analysis: Lead data analysis and data visualization efforts across several concurrent projects, utilizing platforms like R, Power BI, Tableau.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate internal workflow processes and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

- Experience in web-based application development and UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years professional experience.
- Problem-Solving: Uses strategic and creative problem-solving to navigate shifting priorities and find innovative solutions.
- Experience in GIS analysis, web development, and database management.
- Knowledge of spatial data standards and best practices preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Mapbox, and other GIS platforms.
- Preferred experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Proven ability to process and analyze large data sets for planning and decision-making purposes.
- Creativity: Exhibits a strong graphic sense and innovative thinking, contributing creative solutions to projects.
- Experience with cloud-based GIS solutions is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Python or other programming languages for data analysis and GIS workflows is a plus.
- Communication: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
