What you would be doing
- Facilitate management review on performance, progress towards objectives and targets. Ensure the timely submission of measurable management objectives
- Provide other strategic inputs and benchmarking of the best practices of regulation and technology of highway services as practiced around the world
- Advise on the selection of Design Section consultants and partners for strategic tenders
- Provide advice on the Design Section of strategic objectives, and key performance indicators for all activities and projects implemented by the Design Section in accordance with the RTA's vision, policies, rules, and regulations
- Provide advice on the annual Projects budget, monitor implementation, evaluate, and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation to meet project needs
- Conduct specialized and technical training for Design Section staff and ensure the development of their skills and abilities
