- Effectuer les travaux de façon sécuritaire et efficace. Comprendre et suivre des instructions verbales et écrites, notamment des panneaux d’avertissement, des instructions sur l’utilisation de l’équipement et d’autres politiques
- Capacité à accéder librement à tous les points d'un chantier de construction dans des conditions climatiques et des environnements très variés.
- Capacité à voyager ou à se déplacer selon les besoins.
- Une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais (écrit et oral) est considérée comme un atout dans la mesure où la mobilité entre les provinces du Canada est requise. Des cours peuvent être dispensés si nécessaire.
- Poursuivre des études de premier ou de deuxième cycle en génie civil, en gestion de la construction, en génie mécanique, en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Engagement manifeste en faveur de l'éthique et de l'intégrité.
- Capacité à travailler à temps plein pendant l'hiver
- Solides compétences en matière de communication interpersonnelle, écrite et verbale.
- Utilisation de plusieurs logiciels (Hard Dollar, AutoCAD, P6, InRoads, etc.).
- Présence régulière et assidue.
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler de manière autonome pour respecter les délais et les objectifs.
- Sens aigu de l'organisation, gestion du temps et souci du détail.
- Ingénierie sur le terrain, planification des opérations, contrôle des coûts, programmation des projets, suivi des quantités, approvisionnement en matériaux, administration des contrats, estimation et supervision des activités sur le terrain.
- Communiquer et interagir efficacement et avec professionnalisme avec les superviseurs, les employés et toute autre personne, à titre individuel ou au sein d’une équipe.
- Fournir un travail productif et respecter les délais.
